Welcome to the “Romanian Magic Box”, a space where tradition, technology and creativity interweave in an exciting experience. The pavilion staff welcome visitors and guides them on this journey of discovery.

At the reception there is the information point, an interactive map and QR codes that provide details about the story of the pavilion and the exhibition concept “Romania, Land of Tomorrow”.

A 3D holographic projection brings to life the essential symbols of the pavilion, each with a deep meaning:

The statuette from the Cucuteni culture – testimony of one of the oldest civilizations in Europe.
The Dacian knot – symbol of indestructible bonds and continuity.
The Brâncoveanu façade – an expression of Romanian architectural elegance.
Brancusi’s Prayer – a call to introspection and spirituality.
Aurel Vlaicu’s first plane – proof of ingenuity and visionary spirit.

By accessing the QR codes, visitors gain insights into each symbol, uncovering their story and relevance in Romanian culture.

In this area, visitors can watch the introductory film about Romania, meant to bringing them closer to the essence and values that the pavilion advocates for. The film captures the country’s natural beauty, its cultural diversity, and the innovations that define modern Romania. Through spectacular images, the film creates a first emotional contact with “Land of Tomorrow”, inviting the audience to explore further.

This first experience sets the tone for the entire visit, providing an overview of the connection between cultural heritage, rich nature and Romania’s vision for the future. Each element of the reception is designed to inspire curiosity and prepare visitors for a memorable tour of the pavilion.
